Way Back When-esday!

This was 2008 when we took Drew to his very first Duck Derby. Little did we know......the following year..we would have a newborn to take with us as well. We will be going this weekend...our 4th annual! I can't wait!

Strawberry Picking!

We celebrated Mother's Day today by going Strawberry Picking! There is a cute little place about 10 minutes away that we go to every year! Of course, I had Addi's outfit picked out for months and could not wait for her to wear it today. It looks like about one wear is all she will get out of the top because she started eating the strawberries the minute we got there and her white shirt is now stained with strawberry juice. It is soaking as I type so we will see if I can salvage it or not!

Way Back When-esday!!!

In honor of Mother's Day coming up this weekend......I decided to steal this pic from Jackie's Facebook profile and not only post it here, but also make it my profile pic on FB. (Thanks, Jackie).

This is my mom. It makes me sad to look at it and I really don't like Mother's Day because I am jealous of everyone who gets to celebrate their mothers this time of year.

Drew looked at this pic earlier and thought it was me (they say you turn into your mother....ha!). Then he said..."Can you make it bigger so I can really study it so I don't forget her face again??" Sniff, sniff!
