...yet so far away. Spring is what I am talking about. It seems like winter has lasted FOR-EVER this year. How I long for warm, sunshiny days (I promise not to complain about how hot I am). We did get a taste of spring this weekend...it was 75 degrees and beautiful (or as my friend Katy says...glorious). We took the kids to the park to enjoy the warm weather. They loved it. Oh, and today it was 39 degrees and snowing! Welcome to the south!

What is really crazy is that it is good through May 15, 2010! You should be able to combine this with manufacturer’s coupons at the KMart Double Coupon Event coming up in April.
In addition, if you have a local store which accepts competitor’s coupons, you could score some great deals with this coupon.

This is Drew in 2005. I have always done a leprechaun hunt for him on St. Patrick's Day! This year, I figured I would get out of doing it because he IS 9 now. No such luck. He informed me this morning on his way out that he couldn't wait to find the leprechaun clues. Ahhhh...a mother's work is never done! Happy St. Patrick's Day to you!

I Found My Pot of Gold!

Jackie and I were driving yesterday to pick up our checks from the consignment sale and it had just finished raining and the sun popped right out. I told the kids to be on the lookout because this was perfect conditions for a rainbow. Within seconds, we turned the corner and saw a HUGE double rainbow. By the time I pulled over and found my camera....the double part was gone but I still managed to capture this. It was beautiful! Oh, and the pot of gold part, you ask??? I made $575 at the consignment sale!!!!! YIPPEE!!
