I need a few things so thought I would put it here to see if anyone can help me out. First, I need to borrow 2 more cupcake holder thingys....like this:

Secondly, I am looking for 2 strands of WHITE Christmas lights with WHITE wire. I doubt these would still be hanging around at the stores, but if anyone sees any...please let me know.

And last, I am in need of LOTS of wire hangers. These will NOT be returned so if you just have some hanging (ha ha) around your house that you need to get rid of, I will take them off of your hands. Now on to the fun stuff..........

Way Back When-esday!

Crapbooking!

That's what Keith calls scrapbooking! And that terminology kinda fit the day yesterday! Me, Beth, Michelle and Jen all went to a crop that was held at Stars & Strikes! Sounds like fun, huh??

The day started out like normal...everyone busy working on cute little projects.

We took a break for lunch and met Jackie at Gabriel's.....yum-my!
Beth even completed a project!
Once we got back to the crop is when the "crapbooking" came into play. First, Jennifer was taking a picture (for me) and her whole purse dumped out.
Next, Michelle...tripped and fell down....right on her knee. Which soon started swelling up and had to be iced for the remainder of the night. Here she is popping something for pain. (She has lost 22 pounds...isn't she looking skinny??)
Well, about the time we settle back down after that....Jennifer realized that she couldn't find her BRAND NEW Ipod that she just got for Christmas! So she went to check where her purse dumped and didn't find it but did find some make up that had rolled under a game. Here she is searching for it.She was so worried about it being gone that she couldn't really concentrate the rest of the evening so she finally just packed up and went home.

All in all, the day ended on a good note. Michelle's knee started feeling better. And when Jennifer got home she called to let us know that her Ipod had not been in her purse after all...but was in her gym bag at home! Yay!

Today would have been my mom's 72 birthday! It makes me sad when I stop and think about how much she loved life and how much of it she missed. I will leave you with this cool pic I took. Drew and I went driving around one day looking for a frozen fountain (Keith thought I was outta my mind...what's new??) and look what we found!! OMG! This was at the West Cobb Avenue! Talk about a score for my picture of the day!

DUM DUM!!

What goes in.....must come out!! My motto for the day. It all started yesterday afternoon when Drew told me he put paper in his ear. I kinda blew him off at first but then when he told me again, I realized he meant he put paper in his ear and it was still there! I grabbed a flashlight and peeked in his ear and sure enough....there it was! I got some tweezers and attempted to get it on my own to no avail. So I called the doctors office (it was 5 minutes til 5 at this point)....and made him an appointment for 11 am this morning.

Off we go this morning and Dr. Flowers tried for several minutes to get it with no luck. So he sent us to an ENT in Austell. After waiting for almost 2 hours in the waiting room, we finally got in to see the Dr. Within 5 minutes 7-8 big wads of paper came out of his ear! Ugggghhh!

This was the look I got from the Dr. when I asked him if I could take pictures. He laughed and said "Let me fix my hair".

A few minutes later eating a DUM DUM.....which I told him fit the situation very well!

On the way home, I asked him what in the world possessed him to put paper in his ear. He said it was a "GOOD WORK" sticker that he had found on the gym floor (yuck). So I asked him if he had just torn it into little pieces and put it in his ear? He said....."No, I chewed on it first" (double yuck)!!!!

Way Back When-esday!

Another warm and sunny pic! This was July 2007. My friend, Michelle and I decided to take our our 2 kiddos (Jordan is just a few months younger than Drew) on a mini vacation to Gatlinburg. Well, about an hour into the drive, we looked at each other with a look that said "What in the heck were we thinking?". OMG! If they weren't fighting over every little thing, they were laughing uncontrollably. CON STANT LY!!! Needless to say, we needed a vacation from our vacation when we returned home 4 days later!

10 Months!

Can you believe this precious thing is now 10 months old??? She has developed quite a personality (who from, I have no clue), she is super attached to Daddy, points at things, loves dogs and has just discovered tv (of course, we never let her watch it) and she is EVERYWHERE! Notice the boo boo beside her eye? That is from falling on the rocking chair while pulling up!
