This weekend we are going to our 3rd annual Duck Derby in Cartersville. It is such a fun day! There are lots of things to do and then at some point in the day...they release something like 40,000 rubber ducks into the river. Beforehand, you can adopt a duck and if your duck is the 1st (or 2nd or 3rd or LAST) duck to go through the net...you could win a prize. Usually, the top prize is a car!
This was Drew in 2008...our first year to attend. At the time...we had no idea what kind of surprise we would have to take with us the next year!
